("Grizzly Insulation," "we," "us," or "our"), together with any estimates, communications, and services you request through the Site. By accessing the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Scope of Services

Grizzly Insulation Co. provides residential and commercial insulation, air sealing, insulation removal, crawl space encapsulation, pest and rodent prevention, and related building-envelope services in the Denver metropolitan area and surrounding Front Range communities. The Site provides general information about these services. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to perform work. The specific terms of any project are governed by the separate written estimate, proposal, or service agreement you sign with us.

3. Estimates, Quotes & Pricing

Estimates and quotes are provided for your convenience and are based on the information available at the time, including a visual assessment of your property. Actual project scope and pricing may change if conditions discovered during work differ from those assessed, such as hidden moisture damage, structural issues, or access limitations. Any material change will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds. Prices, promotions, and availability referenced on the Site may change without notice.

4. Rebates, Incentives & Financing

Information about rebates, tax credits, and financing is provided for general educational purposes and is current only as of its publication date. Program terms, amounts, and eligibility are determined by third parties, including utilities such as Xcel Energy, the Colorado Energy Office, the Internal Revenue Service, and independent lending partners, and are subject to change.

Grizzly Insulation Co. does not guarantee that you will qualify for any rebate, credit, or financing, does not provide tax or financial advice, and is not the lender for any financing program. You are responsible for confirming current terms with the applicable program administrator or a qualified professional.

5. Warranties & Satisfaction Guarantee

Workmanship and product warranties, including any satisfaction guarantee, are described in your signed service agreement and, where applicable, in the manufacturer warranty for installed materials. Except as expressly stated in that agreement, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or copy, scrape, or republish Site content without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate access to anyone who misuses the Site.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Disputes arising from a signed service agreement are governed by the dispute-resolution terms of that agreement.
